Concord Cambridge Roller

New in the range of Evers equipment is the new generation of the well-known 3-section Concord Roller of Marsk-Stig. This is no ordinary roller, but a useful machine, and an investment worthwhile.
                                                                                                                                              1. The AWL-system ensures an optimal weight distribution to all 3 roller sections.
2. Standard with well protected, double sealed bearings for long life use.
3. Special chromium-nickel steel axles are the guarantee for high reliability, year after year.
4. The folding segments of the 8.3 - and 9.3 meter rollers have bearings in the middle, which provide additional support and prevent deflection of the axle.
5. Standard features are compact transport dimensions, large transport wheels and a more than sufficient ground clearance.

All Concord rollers are standard equipped with the intelligent automatic weight leveling system (AWL). The hydraulics of this system have an accumulator that ensure optimal weight distribution to the three roller sections. Because of the AWL-system the 3 sections can move freely and have an optimal contact with the surface under all conditions and over the entire working width. With the optional, hydraulically adjustable cross-board an even more intensive working of the roller will be achieved. With the hydraulic control system every field is perfectly leveled and an ideal seedbed will be prepared. The rollers are available with Crosskill rings with a diameter of 53 centimeters or with Cambridge rings with a diameter of 53 or 62 centimeters.
