Novelties Agritechnica 2023

Evers, specialist in slurry injection, soil cultivation & seedbed preparation and grassland maintenance will present several novelties at Agritechnica 2023:

• Forest Vario Compaction Control - multi-purpose subsoiler with slip-dependent depth control
• Dartmoor - Combi single disc seeder
• Breton XL - with hydraulic obstacle protection

• Grassland subsoiler and -aerator with micro-organism injection system

In Hall 11 (stand D31) Evers presents the following novelties:

• A ‘Sneak preview ' of the updated Forest Vario Compaction Control, a multi-purpose cultivator with slip-dependent depth control. Evers Agro has updated the Forest multi-purpose cultivator. What remains is the multi-level frame with the second row of rigid tines. What is new is the option of infinitely variable lifting of the second row of tines, depending on the slip rate or tractive force, using Isobus control. Read more 

• Dartmoor Combi single disc seeder: for seeding new (cover) crops and overseeding grassland. The Dartmoor is an innovative machine and is characterised by its versatility. A unique and specially developed pressure system enables precise seeding under all conditions. The Dartmoor is a perfect seeder for a progressive farmer and ideally suited to the greening challenges for future-proof agriculture! Read more 

• Hydraulic obstacle protection for Breton XL pre-subsoiler. Following the successful introduction of the Breton XL pre-subsoiler, Evers has expanded this model with hydraulic obstacle protection. The addition of this option makes the Breton XL also suitable for stony soils. Read more     

• Toric Compact Disc cultivator injector: Evers expands its successful range of Toric disc cultivator slurry injectors with a new type, the Evers Toric Compact. A compact disc cultivator that is perfectly suited for use behind slurry tanks. The Toric Compact is available with a working width of six metres and weighs 1990 kg when fitted with support wheels. The Toric Compact is also available with a heavy-duty roller. The disc cultivator injector is ideal for applying slurry or digestate to fields covered with green manure and crop residues. Read more 

• Grassland subsoiler and Grassland aerator with injection system micro-organisms. The Evers Grassland subsoiler can now be equipped with an injection system. The distinctive design of the MT tine prevents the mixing of the soil layers. Furthermore, the Evers Grassland aerator can be equipped with a new type of blade and injection system. The new type of blade is suitable up to a maximum working depth of 5 cm. It uses sharp points to make small openings in the top layer of the sward. By adding effective micro-organisms to the soil, it is possible to activate/improve soil life. Read more 

In Hal 22 (stand C31) Evers presents:

• The new Combi disc injector: Quadro Disc

The Quadro Disc is a versatile and effective combi disc injector for grain fields, grassland and arable land. The combi injector uses a sharp Ø 41,5 cm single disc which ensures that the slurry goes straight to the roots of the crops. This means that nutrient loss through emission is kept to a minimum. The Quadro Disc combines a large working width of up to 15 metres with a high output capacity. Read more
